If however, you discover a defect in your new mattress or base, please contact the retail store where you purchased your bed. The decision to repair or replace the defective mattress or base within the warranty period (as stated on the label) will be at the sole discretion of Quality Bedding. Warranties vary from a one to twenty year period and the weight of the person using the mattress will always be a factor so please make sure that you purchase the suitable product.
