Warranties
- We make every effort to manufacture our bases and mattresses with only the finest materials and we are committed to continually improve our products and service through the use of the latest technology and the application of a quality management system, as guided by and in use in the international bedding industry.
- If however, you discover a defect in your new mattress or base, please contact the retail store where you purchased your bed.
- The decision to repair or replace the defective mattress or base within the warranty period (as stated on the label) will be at the sole discretion of Quality Bedding.
- Warranties vary from a one to twenty year period and the weight of the person using the mattress will always be a factor so please make sure that you purchase the suitable product
